Nic's passion for teaching and advocacy shines through in his work. During his incarceration, he personally taught over 400 men to read, write, and compose music, fostering a belief that all musicians should also be composers. He founded The Prison Music Project, now impacting over 1.3 million incarcerated individuals across the U.S.and Canada. Today, he offers free community music theory classes and serves as Music Director at The Village Church at World Golf Village, where he creates worship experiences that blend tradition with innovation.
