Jack Price
Founder and Managing Director

The indomitable JACK PRICE, the artist formerly known as Atamian, began his career in artist management in 1984 in response to his own career as an internationally renowned and celebrated concert pianist. Jack took on the role as manager for Dickran Atamian, the pianist, who knew the toils of self-management would require a ubiquitous trade name. After taking over Atamian's career, (a career that began with winning 1st prize at the 50th Anniversary Naumburg Competitions (50th Anniversary Celebration, October 21, 2025)@ Carnegie Hall, a landmark Carnegie Hall Recital, several Lincoln Center and Town Hall appearances, the first-ever digital piano recording release on RCA Red Seal (and incidentally, performing the only triple world-premiere [Carnegie Hall (Live), RCA (Recording) and PBS (TV)] in musical history of a major musical cornerstone work, the solo piano version of "The Rite of Spring") Jack was successful in garnering hundreds of orchestral engagements (which included concerto performances with Maazel, Comissiona, Leinsdorf, Zinman, Rozsnyai, Samuel, Schwarz, Hendl, DePreist, Meier, Nowak, Amram, de Coteau, Rivest, Torkanowsky, McGlaughlin, Morgan, Alessandro, Hovhaness, Semkow, Falletta and Mata to name a few) and two commercial recordings on Delos for Atamian.  Artists that he has worked with closely include, Bolet, Arrau, Serkin, Romero, Mintz, Tree, Mannheimer, Mann, Brendel, Kim, Olevsky and Tortelier.  His relentless and persuasive management style (evident in his playing) soon attracted other artists, mainly music directors, who also wanted a more assertive manager. Jack Price has become synonymous with true service to artists through hands on and highly-personalized artist management.

Jack stresses to his clients the importance of market branding, decision-maker consideration and development of distinct career milestones that set artists apart from the pack. Jack is a devoted father of two and resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
