Yi-Ping Chou, Who was born in Taiwan and finished her Master’s Degree in Flute Performance in 2020 from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, continuing her Performance Diploma at Indiana University Jacobs of Music and will finish her study in 2022.

As an active student, she was keen to participate in different performances and works with Orchestras as a Principal Flutist; observing various ways to promote herself to colleagues with recordings and concerts with new compositions. In her first year of Master degree, she got the opportunity to join the recording which leads by Conductor Arthur Fagen with Naxos and Indiana University Chamber Orchestra as a Principal Flutist; in her second year of Master degree, she decided to expand more orchestral experiences with Indiana Conductor Orchestra as a Principal Flutist and started to train with massive concerts, for examples, performing the compositions from Strauss, Till Eulenspiegels Lustige Streiche, Don Juan to Stravinsky Petroushka...etc.   More
